Originally made for a university assignment in video production.

I had the idea for a music video like this almost immediately after the song came out. I took the assignment as an excuse to make it real!

Shot using the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K in the University of Ligmerick’s new video production lab. Edits and VFX made using Davinci Resolve and Tooll3.

Requirements

• Be a music video
• Use royalty-free music
• Timeframe: ~6 weeks

Well, that’s pretty broad! Luckily I had a specific idea for this particular piece of music which allowed me to stay focused:

• Music: Patricia Taxxon - By Greg Rutkowski
• General composition: Two copies of me, sitting in formal wear with a laptop, alternating lyrics between one another.
• Should feature tightly synchronised visual effects and glitches.
